CHARGES FOR RESEARCH ACCESS
1. Access is free for individual students visiting the Archive and conducting their own research. Students will require a letter confirming their enrollment from their tutor or course supervisor.
2. Private researchers in the Archive will be charged an access fee as follows:
£15 for access of half a day
£30 for access of one full day
£40 for access of two days
£50 for access of three days
£60 for access of four days
£70 for access of five days
3. Long-term access will be based on the above rates. However, access for academic research for a period in excess of five consecutive weeks will be based upon half the above rate.
4. Concessions are available for the unwaged, registered disabled and pensioners at half of the above rates.
5. Staff and tenants of The Dartington Hall Trust, retirees, and nominees of The Elmgrant Trust, receive free access when conducting their own research.

CHARGES FOR E-MAIL, PHONE, AND LETTER RESEARCH SERVICES
6. General research undertaken by High Cross House staff for all categories will be charged at £25.00 for the first hour (and £15 for each subsequent hour). Photocopy charges of 25p per page will apply. Postage and packing will be charged at cost, with a minimum fee of £3.00.
7. Requests for individual identified documents from the Trust Archive Catalogue that are accompanied by a reference number (or another accurate citation) cost £4.50 for up to ten pages (additional pages cost 25p thereafter). This charge includes photocopying or scanning and 2nd class postage in the UK and administration. Postage will be charged outside the UK in addition to the above. Charges for multiple identified documents are based on whichever of the above two options (6 or 7) is least expensive.
8. Study forums or conferences taking place at High Cross House (maximum 35) will be charged £135.00 for a full day and £85 for a half day.
9. Photocopying is handled by administrative staff only at a cost of 25p per copy.

ACCESS TO DARTINGTON HALL SCHOOL PUPIL RECORDS
11. For reasons of confidentiality and in keeping with the requirements of the Data Protection Act of 1998, access to Dartington Hall School pupil records is limited to individual pupils using their own student files (except in circumstances where permission is granted in writing as appropriate). An appointment should be made in advance.
Charges: £5 per visit. Photocopies are 25p each. Prices exclude VAT.
