PHOTOGRAPH COPY FEES AND TERMS OF USE

photographs may be copied (depending on their fragility) in any common size or format including transparencies, for a handling charge of £4.50 plus normal photographic reproduction costs, exclusive of any Trust property usage fees if applicable. Price does not include VAT.

Digital images reproduced and supplied in house and printed on glossy paper are available for £4.50 each. Price does not include VAT.

Photography or photocopying of any item from the Archive is allowed only with the permission of the archivist on duty. A charge will be made for all such reproduction. The appropriate declaration is to be signed once permission has been given.

The publication of any item from the archive (including documents, photographs, maps, plans or drawings) is permitted only with the permission of The Dartington Hall Trust Archive. The Dartington Hall Trust maintains the right to levy a fee for reproduction of its property. Please see our photo use terms for further information.

All rights, where appropriate, remain the property of The Dartington Hall Trust. Where copyright is not held by the Trust, it is the responsibility of the client to clear any copyright fees due to artists or their estates. Photographs are displayed on-line for information purposes only and the necessary permissions are required before use. Every effort has been made to identify and contact the copyright holder. In those cases where the photographer is unknown and the photograph is outside of the copyright period, we have included the image. Should you discover what you consider may be a photograph of a known photographer, you should bring this immediately to the attention of the Archive by contacting the General Manager, giving full details. In addition, should you receive any notification from a third party relating to known photographers you should notify the General Manager giving full details of the photograph and photographer.
